29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Jobsite:  On  or about March 21, 2022, employees were working on the roof of the residential home and they were not properly tied off in that they were using rock climbing seat harnesses and tied off in the front.  The fall hazard ranged from about 10 feet to about 22 feet.  The pitch of the roof was about 10 in 12.

29 CFR  1926.503(c)(3):When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not  have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee:  (a)  Jobsite:  On or about March 21, 2022, the employer needs to retrain its employees in how and when to properly use fall protection when working on a roof.  The employees were using rock seat type harnesses and were tied off in their front.
