29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a- Melody Lane/Goldfinch Drive, Upper Saddle River NJ (Unprotected Framed Edge): Employees engaged in framing activities and positioned on an unprotected framed edge were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the asphalt below as a means of fall protection was not being utilized. Condition observed on or about 03/26/2022
