29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a-Building 64-68 Hearthstone Court, Upper Saddle River NJ (6 on 12 pitched roof): An employee engaged in framing activities was positioned on a 6 on 12 pitch roof and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was worn but not secured to prevent fall hazards.
