29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The Energy Control Procedures in use did not include specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) On or about 3/17/2022 and at times prior to, 1701 Boone Blvd, Northport, AL, at the Yoder W60 Tube Mill, at the Ovaling Guide (OG) - Cut Off Operators aligning the pipe during set up prior to production were exposed to amputation hazards and no specific procedural steps were developed for the exclusive pendant control when placed in jog mode by the Cut Off Operator.
