29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. On or about March 22, 2022, frequent and regular inspections were conducted by a non competent person and corrections were not verified where roofing activities were being performed by workers, exposing the workers to hazards such as, but not limited to fall and struck-by hazards.
