1926.21(b)(2) The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. On or about 3/23/22 A concrete slab lowered into place and slings were disconnected from slab, except for one and as the crane was spooling in line, one sling was either still attached or caught the load and two employees had to jump. One employee struck a section of concrete striking his knee and head. .
