29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and /or shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: Hockanum Rd over RT 5., Northampton, MA: On or about December 19, 1 employee was observed standing on the rails of the basket to get a better work position and another employee was observed climbing on the rails of the aerial lift to get into and or out of the basket to reach his work location. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
