The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a)Shop area: On or about March 30, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to slip hazards while performing various tasks where the floors had engine oil spills. b) Pit areas: On or about March 30, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to slip and trip hazards while performing oil changes in a pit with greasy surfaces. c) Basement area: On or about March 30, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to slip and trip hazards while retrieving supplies where pipes and tanks were leaking oils and prone to water flooding.
