29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: [Shop area] On or about February 16, 2023 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazard due to lack of labeling on breaker box. Driven Brands was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1586890 , citation number 01, item number 005b and was affirmed as a final order on 07-11-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7626 Culebra Road San Antonio, TX 78251.
