1910.145(c)(2)(i)  Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices:  a.) GE Transportation, A Wabtec Company; RLW Turbo Line - On or about 3/22/22, and at times prior thereto,  employees worked with and around lift tables which used Enerpac systems to support raised loads.  An employee suffered an amputation injury when a system failed on a table during use and caught the employee's hand in the lift table components.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation.  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.
