OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from the point of operation of power-driven saws. On or about March 28, 2022, the employer did to ensure employees cutting aluminum grating with portable power-driven circular saws secured their work pieces (grating) to a stable platform to allow a firm grip with both hands on the saw to prevent contact with the saw blade from kickbacks.
