Employees engaged in the installation of metal siding used a JLG, Model 460SJ aerial lift, during the installation of the eaves trim and stood on the basket rails as a means of increasing their working height. Employees engaged in the installation of metal siding used a JLG, Model 460SJ aerial lift, during the installation of the eaves trim, were observed wearing fall harnesses and were not attached with a lanyard to the basket anchor points. Violation observed on or about April 4, 2022 AAJ Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1569865, citation number 1, item number 1/a, and was affirmed as a final order on March 8, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3725 Malcolm Drive, Montgomery, AL 36116.
