Kevin Dupont was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.5011(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 14233100, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/19, with respect to a workplace located at 437 North Avenue, Haverhill, MA.
