Retrain employees on "Line of Fire" body positions, load handling and pinch points to crane operations. 3. Identify staging areas for product and/or storage configurations that will prevent struck-by/caught-between incidents with cranes.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The round bar rolled off of the "4 by 4" wooden blocks, where it was stored, onto the employees left leg during the unloading operation.  The steel block was being lifted with two metal chain slings.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). The round bar rolled onto the employees left leg during the incident.
