29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(i):Gears, sprockets, and chains were not guarded by a complete enclosure: WORKSHOP: The gears and chains of the cross conveyor of the Bindler Moulding Line machine were not sufficiently guarded. On/or about April 5, 2022, an employee removing the chocolate molds reached into the unguarded top section of the cross conveyor and exposed the employee to cuts, lacerations and forearm injuries.
