29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a.) Aaron's Roofing and Construction 3537 West 12th St Erie PA 16505 on or about April 5th employees were conducting tear off operations on a roof with a 5:12 pitch. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 15". Employees had either improper PFAS of no PFAS at all. In addition, other fall protection system such as safety nets, and guardrails were not utilized as a form of protection. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.
