29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equiment as specified in this subpart: a) 57 Holsman Street, Paterson, NJ: An Employer did not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline fueled generator was used on site to power electric equipment such as a pneumatic nail guns. Extra gasoline to fuel the generator was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 4/08/2022.
