29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 806 NW Hwy 7, Blue Springs, Missouri- Employees were observed working on the edge of the building without the use of any means of fall protection. The Baca Framing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378652, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5319 N. Mesa St., El Paso, TX 19912.
