29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On September 14, 2022, and times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while being elevated by a temporary wooden platform attached to a JLG SkyTrak Telehandler to move material and remove debris to and from the second floor of the commercial building.
