29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) 15930 Little Bluestem Rd, Monument CO 80132: On April 9, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet 10 inches to the ground below, while performing roofing operations on a residential house without fall protection. Employees were not adequately trained in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards.

Quick Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1533704, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/02/21, with respect to a workplace located at 6903 Maidford Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80925.
