29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about 04/07/2022 - 50 Oxford Exchange Blvd, Oxford, AL, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while in an aerial lift prior to accessing the roof to drill holes. Rogers & Willard, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303915, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/06/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 400 Saint Louis Street, Mobile, AL 36609.
