29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   a) Marcos Morquecho, located at Lot 15 Ridgetop Lane, Dublin, OH 43017: On or about April 20, 2022, employees were exposed to overhead hazards from crane loads and power tools while performing framing work on a new-build residential home.  Employees were not provided with and/or required to wear head protection, thereby exposing them to struck-by hazards.

Employees used 6' and 8' self-supporting ladders to climb on to trusses at a height of approximately 11'6".

Employer did not have an alternative fall protection measure in place.  Employees were working at heights up to 35' bracing a truss without any means of fall protection, thereby exposing them to fall hazards from up to 35'.  Marcos Morquecho was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1447136, citation number 1, item number 4/c, and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3068 Avalon Road, Upper Arlington, OH 43221.  Marcos Morquecho was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482793, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 9500 Winchester Rd NW, Canal Winchester, OH 43110.
