Repeat - Kerry Inc., was previously cited for a serious violation of the same occupational safety and health standard and hazard of 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection # 1533958, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as final order on 09/23/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1226 South Water Street, Manitowoc, WI 54221.
