29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system.  East side of the roof: employees applying seal coating to the roof without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards.
