The framing sub-contractors' employees are not wearing appropriate personal protective equipment such as hard hats when working with or near the overhead crane or under other workers; and eye protection when using a pneumatic nail gun. These conditions were most recently observed at 1764 Merlin Court, Idaho Falls, ID on April 20, 2022.     Headwaters Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.20(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1539968, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 780 Bridgeport Drive, Idaho Falls, ID 83402.   Note) Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit certification AND documentation describing the steps being taken to ensure compliance, including a description of how these steps protect employees and the employees of its sub-contractors from common, obvious hazards.
