29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft ends projected more than one-half the diameter of the shaft: (a) Asitrade Stacker - The horizontal shaft ends, 8 inches above the floor, on the motors of the plastic belt conveyors did not have guarding. The shaft ends had a diameter of 1 and 3/4 inches and projected 1 and 1/8 inches, exposing employees to caught-in and entanglement hazards, on or about April 27, 2022. No abatement certification or documentation required.
