29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a.) 390 North Lingle Avenue, Palmyra, PA - Carboard Production Area - On or about August 22, 2024, the area where cardboard processing is performed had fugitive paper/cardboard dust located on the upper ventilation ducts. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
