When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided. a) Upper Level Warehouse Area - On April 25, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the floor was maintained in a dry condition to prevent slip and fall hazards, near Bay 10, Bay 8, and Bay 2. The floor was wet from the leaking roof.
