29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Worksite- 1410 Brinton Road, Braddock Hills, on or about April 28, 2022 - Laborers removed roofing shingles while standing near the edge of the 6 x 12 pitch roof exposed to an approximate 32-feet fall hazard. Laborers were not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems, guardrail systems or safety nets.
