29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- 69 Elmhurst Boulevard, Lakewood NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 15 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose screen did not run continuously along the scaffold's active walking and working surface.  In addition this screen was sagging along its top surface and was not properly installed therefore preventing it from properly serving the function it was intended. Condition observed on or about 04/28/22.  b - 71 Elmhurst Boulevard, Lakewood NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 19 feet 5 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose screen did not run continuously along the scaffold's active walking and working surface.  In addition the bottom surface of this screen was not properly secured to the scaffold's walking and working surface therefore preventing it from properly serving the function it was intended.  Condition observed on or about 04/28/22.
