29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Haulotte North America Mfg. on or about April 25, 2022, at the address of 125 Taylor Parkway Archbold, OH: The employer did not ensure the work rest on the pedestal mounted wire brush wheel was adequately adjusted to eliminate pinch point(s) between the rest and the wheel. In this condition, employees tasked with deburring parts on the wire wheel were exposed to amputations hazards in that the work rest was not in proximity to the wire brush wheel.
