29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about April 19, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine teen (19) feet one (1) inch above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. Jerry's Contracting & Roofing Service Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480777, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1713 W. 104th Place, Chicago, IL 60643. Jerry's Contracting & Roofing Service Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263303, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 18306 Black Oak Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60487.
