29 CFR 1926.300(a): Hand tool(s), power tool(s) or similar equipment were not maintained in a safe condition: a. 340 Westside Ave., Jersey City, NJ Employees used a Multiquip MB25A, 115-Volt Single Phase Electric Motor, Portable Rebar Bender was not maintained in a safe condition. The power cord used to connect the bender to a portable generator was damaged with exposed conductors. Violation observed on 04/26/ 2022
