29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a- In front of 34 Georgetown Road, Georgetown Road, Bordentown NJ: Employees working and walking next to and near live motor vehicle traffic, and other related activities, were not protected from struck-by hazards when the employer did not adequately provide the employees with training regarding traffic safety awareness and the use of reflective vests. Condition observed on or about 04/28/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
