A) 10-14 Mill Street, Mount Holly, NJ: Employees assigned to use a jack hammer to expose a broken sewer line were exposed to electrical contact hazard(s) when the employer failed to ensure that they were protected against energized electrical utility lines (125V-216V) by insulation or other means. Condition noted on or about September 07, 2023. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. Condition noted on or about September 07, 2023. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
