Two employees performing bridge painting operations atop of a mobile scaffold scissor lift platform were exposed to fall hazards of 16 feet or greater while wearing PFAS that did not have all the components (a lanyard attached to a vertical/horizontal lifeline or scaffold structural member  ) for it to be considered a complete system.
