29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a. On or about May 3, 2022, at the electrical closet used as storage room (Room #111). Two electrical service panels were not readily accessible. The service panels were blocked with various large items stored at floor level in front of the panels such as a Plum tool kit case, a computer monitor, a Hewlett-Packard digital sender 9250c, an APC battery backup, three cardboard boxes, a black case and an extension cord. NOTE : Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer prior to notice issuance.

A six-plug electrical receptacle used by employees as power source for equipment such as a Xerox copier, Brother fax machine, HP Laserjet printer, and Pitney Bowes stamp machine was not covered with a face plate cover.
