29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. At a worksite located at 509 SE Carter Rd, Lees Summit, MO 64082, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than six feet. The employer exposed employees to this fall hazard by allowing them to work near a hole in the floor of the structure that presented a fall hazard to the next lower level.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). At a worksite located at 509 SE Carter Rd, Lees Summit, MO 64082, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than six feet. The employer exposed the employees to a fall hazard by allowing them to work at heights greater than six feet without the use of appropriate fall protection or mitigation measures.
