29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: At the workplace located at 4525 Waco Road, Columbia, Missouri, 65202, employees were exposed to an electrical shock and burn hazard. An electrical extension cord was being used a substitute to the permanent and fixed structural electrical wiring. The electrical extension cord was being used to power a 1 horsepower Barracuda pump inside of the ammonia compressor room.
