29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): Certification. The employer shall certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l). The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation. Note: 29 CFR 1926.602(d) Powered industrial truck operator training. The requirements applicable to construction work under this paragraph are identical to those set forth at '1910.178(l) of this chapter. a) At the site located at 4600 SW 46th Ct, Ocala, FL 34475: On or about 4/29/2022, the employer exposed employees were exposed to struck by hazards, in that, employees were operating a powered industrial vehicles without being certified.
