29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:  (a)	On or before May 3, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury in, that three employees framing a new two-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. One of the employees was working just below the peak of the roof.  This condition exposed employees to a fall of approximately 25 feet.   MMBC, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1461942, Citation Number 1 Item 1 issued on June 2, 2020, and became Final Order on June 26, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 10191 Yampa Ct., Commerce City, CO 80022.
