The employer did not ensure that each operator is trained, certified/ licensed, and evaluated in accordance with this section before operating any equipment covered under subpart CC, except for the equipment listed in paragraph (a)(2) of this section. A) At the job site, located at lot 3 Franklin's Walk, Rincon, GA: on or about May 4, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that an employee operated a USTC Manitex boom truck crane without being certified or licensed.
