29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)   Francisco Morales Cruz DBA Fran Roofing LLC  located at 4365 Braunton Road, Upper Arlington 43221: On and preceding May 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure that roofers installing shingles and other materials on a roof of a single story residential home varying in height from 9 to 15 feet wore appropriate fall protection thereby exposing the employees to falls up to 15 feet.  Franscisco Morales Cruz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560003, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6395 Spring Run Drive, Westerville, OH 43082.  Franscisco Morales Cruz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1533840, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 7781 Blue Ash Ct, Canal Winchester, 43110.  Franscisco Morales Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1488130, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/25/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 231 John Reese Parkway, Pataskala, OH 43062.
