229 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: A) 215 Graham Street Highland Park, NJ 08904 On or about 05/05/22 employee(s) installed shingle weather-proofing atop the main roof of a two-story home located at 215 Graham Street Highland Park, NJ 08904 without wearing body harness secured to an anchorage point as part of a personal fall arrest system; nor any alternative protective measures against hazard of falling 28 feet from the edge of the roof. Occurred on or about 05/05/22 The Zona Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587149, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/29/22, with respect to a workplace located at 384-391 Lackland Ave Piscataway, NJ 08854 Building 62.
