29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift. Conference room #3 (room 118), on May 5, 2022: Employee(s) utilized the Whitaker Brother shredder oil to lubricate the shredding gear to prevent overheating, and allow for paper shredder to perform its function without any obstacle. The employer did not ensure warning labels were included on the container. Product is considered flammable. Employee(s) are exposed to dermal burns.
