29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i):Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) 1101 Synthes Ave, Monument, CO 80132: On or about May 9, 2022, and at times prior, the horizontal belts on the Dematic Model 1256 Lineshaft Conveyer, aka "Pick-to-Light System", Lines 1&2 and 3&4 contained guards, but were not fully enclosed by such guards when belts were less than 42 inches from the floor level. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
