29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (Construction Reference 1926.103). JOBSITE: On or about May 11, 2022, the employer permitted a worker to wear a tight-fitting facepiece respirator with facial hair coming between the sealing surface of the respirator and the face during tasks such as (but not limited to) removal of building debris presumed to contain asbestos.

29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(ii): Determinations of employee exposure were not made from breathing zone air samples that were representative of the 8-hour time weighted average and 30-minute short-term exposures for each employee: JOBSITE: On or about May 11, 2022, the employer did not perform any 30-minute excursion limit sampling or analyze any 8-hour full shift sampling performed to determine asbestos exposure for workers performing tasks such as (but not limited to) removal of building debris presumed to contain asbestos.
