29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a)  At 10679 Winning Corner Trail Lot 466, Daphne Alabama:  On May 11, 2022 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to ascend and descend from the trusses of a residential roof using the top step of an A-frame ladder exposing his employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  At 10679 Winning Corner Trail Lot 466, Daphne Alabama:  On May 11, 2022 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform roofing/framing activities without using fall protection exposing employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 1 inch to the ground below.  The Lucas Martinez Velasquez dba Lucas Martinez Velasquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587151, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at 10961 Native Dancer Way Lot 521 Jubilee Farms, Daphne AL. 36526
