29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  At 10942 Animal Kingdom Way, Lot 634 Jubilee Farms, Daphne Alabama:  On September 8, 2022; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities without using fall protection exposing employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet 6 inches to the ground below.  The Lucas Martinez Velasquez dba Lucas Martinez Velasquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587151, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at 10961 Native Dancer Way Lot 521 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, AL and in OSHA inspection number 1595621, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at 110679 Winning Corner Trail Lot 466, Daphne, AL.
