29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4): Welding cable(s) in use were in need of repair: P-1130 1st Marine Division Operation Complex, 33 Area: On and/or before May 12, 2022 a welding cable used to weld connector plates was damaged in that the rubber sheath (exterior outer cover ) was damaged exposing the copper conductor wire. Employee(s) were exposed to the potential of electrical shock hazard(s).
